Business Process Reimagine Workshops
Beginning in mid-April 2021, with the assistance of Accenture, UT began a business process review, which included about 300 employees systemwide. The Accenture team and UT employees reviewed 24 process and 159 sub-process areas in finance, human resources and payroll. The 77 sessions, which reviewed current work processes and reimagined future work process, were used to develop the request for proposals (RFP).
